I cooked chicken in an instant pot! This method was very fast and easy. Add the set to your buffalo seasoning mix, brown and poultry settings! Shred the chicken and make some franks red and hot. You can also fry them.

Freeze:
1. Place each egg roll on a baking sheet with a parchment lined material so that the egg roll wrappers do not come into contact with each other.
2. Place the entire sheet in the freezer and freezer for at least 2 hours.
3. Once frozen, place in a frozen bag or another type of airtight container. They keep in the freezer for several months.

Buffalo Chicken Egg Roll

Make buffalo chicken
Season the chicken with a buffalo seasoning blend.
Cook the chicken using an instant pot, slow cooker, oven, or stove top.
If the chicken is fully cooked, let it cool a little until it is easy to process.
Shred the chicken and add the frank red hot hot sauce.
Make eggrolls
Add a shredded chicken scoop to each egg roll wrapper.
Roll the egg roll and seal it with a small amount of water. Set each eggroll on a top with parchment.
Cook eggrolls
Air Fry: Brush each eggolol with oil and fry at 425°F for 8-10 minutes
Bake: Brush each eggroll with oil and bake at 425°F for 8-10 minutes. Up to golden colour.
Fried food: Heat oil up to 350°F. Fry until golden brown.
