You can easily make your own, not a fan of store-bought onion soup mix. This recipe also allows you to use turkey ground. We recommend using 85/15 or 93/7.

Hamburger steak and gravy
This burger steak and gravy is very easy and a family favorite. Mashed potatoes and perfect comfortable food.
Gravy Ingredients
1 Packaged onion soup mix1 Small onion Peeled and chopped3 1/2 cup water4 Ounce Mushroom parts can be made DrainageThe flour remains from dr dr.
Ingredients for making this recipe two
½ lb Ground beef½ egg Beat one egg and use half¼ Small spoons salt⅛ Small spoons Black pepper¼ Small spoons Garlic powder½ Small spoons Chop onion¼ cup Quick Cooking Oats2 A large spoon flour1 A large spoon oil
Two gravy ingredients
½ Packaged onion soup mix½ Small onion Peeled and chopped1¾ cup water2 Ounce Mushroom fragments (1/2 can of 4 oz)The flour remains from dr dr Use half of what’s left.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the ground beef, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic flour, onions and oats. (Mix this with your hands) It becomes about 4 burger steaks and drough with 1/4 cup flour. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add brown steak to each side. Move to the plate. Make gravy.
If you follow the instructions in 2, only two burger steaks will be created.
Gravy instructions
Add gravy “Fixin” to a frying pan, bring to a boil, stir and mix well. Return the steak to the frying pan, heat it, simmer, and cook over low heat for about 30-35 minutes.
