This crunchy quinoa recipe adds a beautiful crunch to all your favorite salads. Every time I go to Mendisino Farms I order their kale salad topped with crispy quinoa. For a while, I wanted to show you how to make crispy quinoa. So let’s cook!

Preheat the oven to 375. Arrange parchment or silpatto on a baking sheet. Toss the quinoa with olive oil and salt. Add spices if necessary. Spread the quinoa evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Toast the quinoa in the oven and until golden and crispy, about 20 minutes. To make sure you cook evenly, throw the quinoa several times while cooking to redistribute it.
