Almond Ice Cream

Ah, I love almond and almond-flavored snacks! Check out the evidence in our long list of great almond recipes we share throughout this post. I simply couldn’t choose my favorite.

For your next batch of ice cream, try the dark chocolate almond ice cream, which has been tasted by the smallest tips of cinnamon. The almond flavor is unexpected and is fantastic with chocolate.

Creamy chocolate ice cream with marshmallow swirls, crispy almonds and chocolate chips makes it a homemade heavenly hash ice cream that everyone enjoys.

Want more marshmallow chunks in each scoop? Homemade Rocky Road Ice Cream takes a batch of creamy chocolate and almond-flavored ice cream and stuffs with chewy marshmallows and crunchy almonds.

Toasted almond ice cream

To create this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

Heavy Cream Milk Sugar Kosher Salt Vanilla Extract Almond Extract Sliced Almond Butter

The most popular question I get is whether you can make ice cream without a machine. The answer is yes. You can make ice cream without a machine. Find the perfect direction here!

Butter almond ice cream

Whisk together the cream, milk, sugar, salt, vanilla extract and almond extract. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium low heat while the ice cream is stirring. Add the almonds, stir to coat, and spread them in a pot. Toast the almonds and stir frequently, browning until fragrant and golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Once the almonds are golden and lightly browned, immediately transfer to a plate. Spread them and let them cool immediately and stop the cooking process.

Once the ice cream is mostly cloudy, add the toasted almonds. Mix the machine with the whole ice cream. Transfer the ice cream to the freezer to a safe container and freeze until firm.

Ice cream with nuts

Nut-filled ice cream is a lot of fun. The texture and crunch add much to your creamy and smooth homemade ice cream dishes. From almonds to walnuts, peanuts, cashews, pecans, to pistachios, there’s no way you can imagine nuts that haven’t been thrown into a batch of ice cream at one point.

The praline and cream ice cream starts with creamy vanilla ice cream swirled in buttery sweet salted caramel, then gene-smellingly sprinkles with crunchy praline pecans. This is what makes the dream come true for old-fashioned nut ice cream lovers.

Filled with slightly chewy black walnuts, the sweet and fragrant black walnut ice cream is a decadent treat. This is a sweet, nutty ice cream that has won with all the walnut lovers in our family.

Pistachio ice cream? oh yeah. Imagine imagining a creamy scoop of freshly baked ice cream on a nutty pistachio kick, then try not to go back to “one more flavor” all day. This sums up this batch of ice cream.

The creamy chocolate ice cream filled with chocolate-covered cashew nuts and creamy ice cream swirled in caramel sauce will be a bowl of bear claw ice cream that no one can resist.

Creamy sweet vanilla ice cream filled with crispy, nutty grape nuts? Yes, please! Grapenut ice cream was an absolute victory with family and friends. (And yes, I know that the nuts are not hurt in the making of this ice cream. It enjoys including it here – and it tastes tasty and you need to try it!)

These are my favorite cheap containers for storing ice cream. They are perfect for gifts (someone who doesn’t like homemade ice cream?) storage, reuse, and more. I write the flavor on the lid with Sharpie and rinse it off with dish soap.

There are more ice cream scoops than you can track at this point, and you’re definitely playing your favorites. This ice cream scoop does the best job ever by cutting through solid ice cream and still offers a fair amount of scoop. It earns bonus points because it is one of the cheapest scoops I own.

Don’t miss out on ice cream maker reviews for all the information you need to find the best ice cream maker for your needs. Spoiler Alerts – Top-rated machines under $50 may surprise you. It certainly surprised me!

If you’re just as an almond lover as me, you’ll need to check out a little more of these almond desserts. Almond Joy Brownies are stupid fudgey brownies filled with lots of chocolate, almonds and coconut.

My Aunt Judy’s Almond Bar is a soft, lightly sweetened shortbread-like bar topped with sliced almonds and almond glaze. No one can resist! They are so good, I’ll find that every time you make them, double the recipe.

Almost 20 years ago, I was handed one of the tastiest cookies I’ve ever tasted. Pygnoli cookies have unique flavor and texture. It’s completely different from what I’ve tasted before. These crunchy, chewy, sweet and nutty, these cookies are perfect for almond lovers.

A soft, buttery, lightly sweetened almond cake is a snack over an afternoon of coffee or tea, but it is also a perfect dessert for the company on any occasion. This is a wonderful, light dessert that we all love. No matte or complicated decorations are required. It’s just powdered sugar dust.
