Light and refreshing! Amazing your guests (and your taste buds!) by serving up a gorgeous grapefruit rose mimosa! Grapefruit juice and rosé sparkling wine makes the perfect drink for a holiday brunch, baby shower or small gatherings! For those who don’t drink alcohol, substitute sparkling grape juice.
It’s in the days like today that I love my work.
I ended up closing my last recipe at noon, but this week is over! It feels good to work Sunday through Wednesday and after blogging five recipes, stuffing them all. It was one of the whirlwinds, but nothing better than finishing sipping the work with a mimosa. I never planned an adult drink as my final recipe, sipping one of these gorgeous blushing beauties (or two 🤫) right after finishing my final photo. The best working day ever.
Yeeee! It’s spring, with both Easter and Mother’s Day turning the corner. And these mims (literally just made it) are just things! Grapefruit juice splash and sparkling wine. Light tarts and carbonated drinks. And, ah, so cute!
This drink is really ridiculously simple. It’s so simple, intact, that including the garnish makes it possible to admit that you really don’t need the whole recipe or blog post. You don’t need every picture you scroll to reach the recipe. However, I love cute drinks and love taking pictures of beautiful drinks. I hope you do too!
You’ll need these grapefruit mimosas to make.
Chilled Rose Sparkling Wine or Rose Champagne Grapefruit Juice Cute Bamboo Skewers (Link to printable recipe at the end of this post)
Note: If you are using flowers, make sure they are edible and non-toxic.
Next, pour 1-2 ounces of rosé, depending on the glasses you are using.
Finally, chill the grapefruit juice and tighten each glass. Make sure the juice does not have pulp. I let it tense beforehand because mine was.
It’s so cute! Can I talk a bit about this colour? Because I need more slashes in my life. #pantonecoloroftheyear2019 #justsaying
Finally, skewers of small grapefruit wedges are skewed with bamboo picks and serves.
Isn’t the colour absolutely gorgeous? I’m in love very much. These grapefruit rosemi mosas are both sweet, sweet and tart, with a bit of punch for the fiery, sparkling wine. The colour is gorgeous and perfect for spring.
