Why our recipes
Classic chicken parmesan is easy with an air fryer and ready to eat in just 25 minutes. Get completely crispy breaded chicken without any excess oil yet. The perfect dinner for one or two.

Chicken Parmesan Chicken, also known as Chicken Parmidiana, is a classic Italian dish that you’ve felt forever. Traditionally, it is made by panding and fried chicken cutlets, topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, and baked in the oven. This time, I’m using an air fryer instead. Skip and baking the deep-fried foods will still get a crispy look. Use much faster and far less oil.
Ingredient Notes

Chicken Breast: For best results, use boneless, skinless chicken breast. By cutting and pounding them into thin cutlets, you can ensure they cook quickly and evenly. Versatile flour: Used as a base for chicken crumbs. Breadcrumbs: We use Panko and Italian blends for the flavor of traditional Italian herbs and the crispness and crispness that comes from Panko crumbs. Parmesan cheese: Freshly grated Parmesan cheese is perfect for the biggest flavour. Mozzarella Cheese: Use fresh mozzarella cheese to use the best melting and flavor. If you can’t find fresh mozzarella cheese, a thick slice of regular mozzarella cheese will also work. Shredded ones also work. Make good mountains to melt. Marinara Sauce: This recipe uses only 1/2 cup of toppings, making it easy to use in store-bought stores. Fresh Basil: This is a classic decoration of chicken palm, and it’s not just pretty, but also adds flavor. You can also use a tablespoon of dried basil.
Spritz oil
Air fries are a way to get crispy without frying, but you still need a little oil to get something golden and crisp.
Use olive oil, avocado oil, vegetable oil, or high-quality cooking spray.
When it comes to oiling, you need a light spritz with an oil Mr. Or gently brush it. You aim to lightly cover the surface of the food rather than soaking it.

Why do you beat chicken?
Beating your chicken is an extra step that is fascinating to skip. Certainly you can skip it, but the reason you do it is to make sure your chicken is cooked more evenly. Thin ends cook much faster than thick ends. Air fryers cook faster than frying pans and ovens, so beat them evenly and thickly to make sure some of the chicken is not overcooked.
Air Fryer Tips
Using Liner: Cleaning up is easy when using an air fryer parchment liner. There are fewer scrubs and I enjoy it more.
Don’t be crowded: feed food in the air fryer basket to the breathing chamber. If the air fryer isn’t too big, cook it in batches. A completely golden result is worth it. And don’t forget to throw and swing everything along the way. That way everything will cook evenly.
Beware of things: the air fryer works fast and no one wants an overcooked chicken. Use a meat thermometer if possible (to reach a safe internal temperature of 165°F) and check things towards the end, nailing its perfect dongness.

Provide suggestions
Pasta: Long noodles such as spaghetti, linguini, fettucini etc. are recommended. However, you can use your favorite pasta perfectly with this dish. Penne or Farfalle (Bowtie) is a great option.
Salad: Add a little greenery to your meal with a simple side salad. I love classic Caesar salads and simple arugula salads.
Bread: Complete this Italian dish with delicious butter garlic bread or breadsticks.
Dessert: I know that you need to include dessert! Go outside and make decadent chocolate tiramisu.
