Time-saving tips and tricks for this week’s meal plan
Because who doesn’t want dinner at the table faster?
Chop once and cook twice: onions, garlic and peppers for one week at a time. Store in an airtight container to save preparation time later. Double the soup: Make a double batch of simple tomato soup and freeze half on busy nights of the future. It freezes beautifully and reheats like a dream. Make BBQ Chicken forward: Pulled BBQ chicken can be stored in the fridge in advance (1-2 days in advance). The next day, the flavor will be even better! Bonus: Use leftovers in sandwiches, wraps, or salads. Prepare Quesadilla filling early: Prepare the filling in advance and refrigerate for Cuban quesadillas. When it’s time to eat, I’ll assemble and toast them in a few minutes.

Breakfast Ideas
Plan ahead for a smooth start: Create a grocery list on Saturday and schedule delivery or pickup on Sunday mornings. Trust me, it’s a game changer! Save time and save time. Double the batch as much as possible and freeze later. Future – Thank you! Rice is life: I always cook 4 cups of rice on Mondays and prepare for the week. It’s the ultimate mealtime for busy days. Improving Dress (Salad): Prepare a week of homemade salad dressing. I also love stuffing my ranch and tutuchiki mushrooms to keep them in the fridge and drizzling them. The vegetables were done correctly: Roast large batches of mixed vegetables at once. You can switch things up and enjoy them in a variety of ways throughout the week. Easy and tasty!
