That was everything I needed to hear. There is no recipe or explanation. I was sold! Ah, tell me: It’s its sweet, tangy maple mustard sauce to make this croissant sandwich from good to memorable. You might just want to soak everything in it.
Are you a sweet or flavorful breakfast person? Both are very good, and it really depends on the day for me. There are days when you want something fluffy, melted pancakes with molten mouths with buttermilk syrup, or something that sticks to your ribs and is full of protein. If it’s tasty, I want to have big and full meat, cheese and eggs. This breakfast sandwich recipe is just that.

While we’re talking about the sauce, let’s talk about the maple syrup you should use for it. I don’t want fakes. It should be real maple syrup. I like to buy lots of them at Costco and get the Kirkland Signature Organic Maple Syrup. It’s very good and reasonably priced!

You can’t have a breakfast sandwich without eggs. For this we love scrambling them. Here’s how you can get a fluffy, flavorful scrambled egg every time.
Start by whipping the eggs with a splash or two of milk. Milk creates extra light for them. Add the salt, pepper and shredded cheese, then let the mixture rest in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. This means adding more sausages with each bite. Next, stack crispy bacon for the goodness of the meat in its invincible meat. It’s not the healthiest choice, but it’s definitely one of the tastiest!
Bake bacon in the oven for breakfast croissants
If you haven’t started baking bacon in the oven, stop what you’re doing and get started now! It’s hanging down in the easiest and messy way. Cooking bacon on Stovetop means grease splashes everywhere, your kitchen smells like bacon all day long, and cleanup is painful.
Baking bacon gives you perfectly crispy results every time! Here’s how: Preheat the oven to 420°F and arrange the foil on a cookie sheet. Place the bacon strips in a single layer and bake for 10-15 minutes depending on thickness. There’s no need to flip it over! Next, once it’s crispy, transfer the bacon to a plate lined with a paper towel and drain it.
that’s it! There’s no crispy bacon, zero confusion, or lingering grease smell. boom! The bacon was done right!


Ready, set, croissant time for breakfast!
Now you can put that sandwich on top with a few chopped chives, then add the top half of the croissant and consume that! It was so heartfelt! Everything is super tasty, but that maple syrup only gives the smallest hint of sweetness that perfects each bite. Need it now!
How to Freeze a Breakfast Croissant Sandwiche
These breakfast sandwiches are the best variety of versatility. Just add it to your weekly breakfast menu! They deserve brunch on Sunday mornings, but are also perfect for busy weekdays where you need something quick. Bonus: Our kids love them too!
To freeze, place the assembled sandwich on a cookie sheet and flash freeze for at least 30 minutes. Next, wrap each in a paper towel and seal it in an airtight container or frozen bag. When ready to eat, microwave the sandwich (still in a paper towel) for about 1 minute. Paper towels can be heated, wrapped and gone, as they prevent the bottom from getting soaked.
Pro Tip: If you don’t like how to thaw croissants, consider choosing hearty breads like English muffins, sourdough, or shea grasshoppers, which are especially prone to freeze and reheat.

Heat the oven to 420° and arrange the tin foil on a cookie sheet.
Place the bacon on a cookie sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness, until crispy.

Prepare breakfast sausages by forming into six uniform rectangles to fit into croissants.

Remove the sausage from the burner and cover with a lid to keep it warm.
Heat and bake the oven. Place the croissants on an open cookie sheet and place them under the broiler to toast. Please put it aside.
6 Croissants
Heat the pan over medium high heat and spray with a cooking spray. When it gets hot, add the eggs, cook, and stir frequently with a rubber spatula until cooked. Remove from the heat.
Whisk the sauce together in a bowl, spoon into each half of the sandwich, and assemble the egg, sausage, bacon and chive sprinkles.
Chives for decoration, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of mustard or Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp maple syrup
