The best buffalo chicken salad ingredients
Buffalo Chicken – Season it while rubbing my buffalo spices. Mixed Green – Lettuce + Types of Baby Spinach. Crispy vegetables – red onions, celery, carrots. Buffalo Wing Sauce – Frank’s Red Hot is classic, but try Wingtime from Whole Foods for something different. Buffalo Ranch Dressing – Creamy, tangy and made with no additives. Blue Cheese Crumble – Optional, but highly recommended.
This recipe starts with baking a very simple batch of buffalo chicken
I season my chicken bids with homemade buffalo spices. I always have a batch of this on hand to prepare meals.
My go-to buffalo spice friction (homemade and easy to prepare)
I put a jar of this in my pantry and always put some quick and flavorful chicken. For one batch, mix:
1 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp black pepper ½ tsp 1/2 tsp onion granules ½ tsp paprika ¼ tsp (or more if you want to make it hotter)

This is a creamy and spicy Buffalo Ranch Dressing that makes this salad bowl attractive. And quickly spurts are quickly spurts/made with real ingredients, preservatives and healthy doses of good fats.
How to make a Buffalo Chicken Salad Bowl
Prepare the chicken – season with buffalo spices, then grill or saute until juicy. Throw into wing sauce – generously coated for its classic buffalo heat. Assemble the bowl – layer the greens, vegetables and chicken. Drishes with Dressing – Finish with Buffalo Lunch and Blue Cheese sprinkles.

Cook chicken in bulk – You can assemble lunches all week by adding grilled, grilled or air-fried fries. Store ingredients individually – store chicken, greens, garnish separate containers to maintain freshness and prevent water-infused lettuce. Use meal preparation containers – Divide the portions into Airtight, BPA-free containers, and easily get it. Prepare vegetables in advance – Pre-chop celery, carrots and onions and store in a sealed jar in the fridge. Make extra buffalo lunch dressing – store in a small mason jar for up to a week. Shake well before using. Keep heat levels flexible – Store extra wing sauces individually to allow each serving to be customized from mild to spicy. Add fresh toppings to the serving time. Crush the blue cheese or add avocado for maximum flavour and texture.
Storage Tips for Buffalo Chicken Salad Bowls
Refrigerated: Store cooked chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Dressing Storage: Refrigerate your homemade buffalo farm for 5-7 days. Lettuce & Greens: Wash and dry the washed and dried greens in a paper towel lined container to keep them crisp for up to 5 days. Freeze: Cooked buffalo chicken can be frozen for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating. Reheat chicken: Warm in a frying pan or microwave until warm and warm.

Creamy Buffalo Ranch Dressing
Buffalo Chicken
Dice the chicken and sprinkle with spices.
2 pound chicken, One glass of sea salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½Tsp Onion Powder, Paprika ts½, ¼1¼ Cayenne
Add a few teaspoons of coconut oil and add it to a Med High frying pan. Fry until lightly brown. I’ll save it after that.
Buffalo Lunch
Blend eggs and vinegar using a high-power blender or food processor.
2 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar, ½ cup avocado oil, ½tsp sea salt, ¼TSP dill, Garlic powder ¼¼ garlic powder, ¼Tsp onion powder, ¼TSP Paprika
Add spices while the machine is still running.
Again, while the machine is still running, slowly drizzle the avocado oil. Blend until the mixture is emulsified.
Bowl Fix-In
Select the vegetables in the bowl you want to add and throw them into the bowl.
Romaine lettuce heart, spinach, Microgreen, Carrots, celery, Red onion
Drizzling vegetables served with buffalo lunch dressing.
Top with about ¼ of chicken. Add blue cheese and wing sauce.
