Some of my favorite desserts never see the inside of the oven. There’s something almost magical about mixing together a few ingredients, slipping the plate into the fridge, and coming back with something that looks and tastes like it came straight from the bakery. No sweating in a hot oven, no complicated techniques, and no need to clean up after a disaster at 10pm. It’s a really really delicious dessert. This is my go-to collection of no-bake and cold treats. When I’m hosting a party, bringing something to a potluck, or honestly just treating myself to something on a weeknight, I reach for it because I have a right to do so, and so do you. We’re talking about silky mousse, creamy cheesecake, layered trifles, fluffy truffles, and the most indulgent frozen treats. Most of them are even better the next day. This means you can prepare in advance and just enjoy life. That’s my dessert. Let’s get started!
1. Chocolate tiramisu
If you want a no-bake dessert like you ordered at a fancy Italian restaurant, this is it. The chocolate layer and creamy mascarpone filling become pure perfection after cooling for a long time. Bonus: This is a dream that looks a few days ahead and is basically my love language.

This is pure cookies-and-cream comfort in a bowl and ridiculously easy. I especially love how the cookies become a little cakey after chilling overnight, but still retain their crunchy texture. It’s a no-bake dessert that disappears quickly, so don’t count on leftovers.

5.5 Ingredients Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate mousse sounds fancy, but I promise you it’s totally achievable. After being thoroughly cooled, it becomes silky and fluffy, making you wonder, “Is it really that light?” A truly decadent texture. I love serving it in cute little glasses because even if you don’t have the oven on, it at least looks pretty.
