I love gnocchi and eat them regularly. I usually boil gnocchi in boiling water or fry them in a frying pan, but lately I’ve started making them in the air fryer. I use the airfryer for almost everything I cook, so it made sense and I’m glad I did. Air-fried gnocchi can be made with dipping sauces for a quick and easy appetizer, or tossed in your favorite sauce and served as a quick dinner or side dish.
