Holly’s cozy oatmeal highlights
Flavor: Baked oatmeal is naturally sweetened with bananas and agaves. Recommended Tools: 4 inch wide oven saframekin is perfect for single pieces. Provide suggestions. Enjoy a cup of breakfast or slices.

Basics of grilled banana oatmeal
Oatmeal: Old-fashioned oats (aka rolled oats) offer a structure and fluffy, moist, banana bread-like texture. Milk: Use milk or your favorite milk alternative. Pro Tip: Oat milk has the closest creaminess to whole milk, making this baked oat recipe even more moist. Sweeteners: Agave is a natural sweetener that tastes like honey and easily dissolves in recipes. Honey and maple syrup are good options. Fruits: Add dried fruits like blueberries, chopped strawberries, cherry, mango and cranberries. Pro tip: Throw fresh berries with a small amount of flour before adding them to the recipe so that they don’t sink to the bottom of a baking dish or pan. Bake it your way: Nuts are optional, but add to the flavor of its classic banana bread. Seeds like walnuts, pecans, almonds, pistachios, or sunflower and pumpkin seeds add healthy fats and add crunch to the banana baked oats. Do you feel fantasy? Before serving, grill the lightly rained banana oats in a bit of caramel sauce.

How to make banana baked oats
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend (the complete recipe below). Pour into prepared ramekins or pans. Bake with remaining banana slices before eating and top.

Banana Bake Hack
Enhance the banana flavor by blending the ingredients (except baking powder) and storing in the fridge overnight. Add baking powder and bake in the morning. If you are using nuts or seeds, toast in a dry and fry pan until it is barely smelling. This burns the oil, keeps it crispy and enhances the flavor. Baked oats expand in the oven and flatten after baking.
Fresh tips
Cover remaining banana baked oats in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add a little milk, stir and reheat in the microwave.

Cook ModePrevents the screen from getting dark
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Apply a small baking dish or a large ramekin (approximately 4 inches wide) and set aside.
Add bananas, oats, milk, agave, baking powder, vanilla, salt (and chia seeds and collagen if used) to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour the blended oats into the prepared baking dish.
Stir in the walnuts and place on top of the batter.
Bake for 25-28 minutes or until toothpicks are clean from the center of the oats.
Top on the remaining ½ slices of banana and salted butter and enjoy warmth.
The dish must be at least 11 ounces and at least 4 inches wide to allow for proper baking. The oats will swell and settle after they leave the oven. It is recommended to place your baking dish on a small baking sheet, as it can be difficult to treat small dishes in the oven mitt. This recipe also allows you to use almonds, cashews, soybeans, or regular milk. You can add 1 scoop of collagen powder or protein powder. This tastes like banana bread, but walnuts and butter are key to getting that flavour. If you want to create a banana flavor, blend all the ingredients except the baking powder and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, mix in baking powder and bake. Oats may require a few more minutes of bake time. Store leftovers in a closed container in the fridge for 3 days.
