❤️ I love this recipe
I love how easy this casserole is and it has a great flavor. This is the perfect side dish for any holiday gathering, from Easter to Christmas. Whenever we offered it, nothing remains! It also comes together really well and is versatile. You can switch between cheeses and add your favorite spices and other vegetables.
swap
This casserole is extremely versatile. You can exchange white rice for brown rice. You can add other vegetables, such as carrots and green beans. You can also exchange cheese and soup.
Do you cook rice?
Yes, I’ll make some rice and add it to this casserole. For one uncooked rice, make two pre-cooked rice. This casserole takes about 3.5 cups of cooked rice, so you’ll need 2 cups of uncooked rice, and when cooked, you’ll make about 4 cups of 4 cups.

This broccoli rice casserole is something you make over and over again. Perfect for holiday gatherings or when you need a great side dish.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the warm broccoli in the microwave for about 5 minutes, then remove into small pieces and cut out.
In a medium bowl, combine the rice, milk, onion, soup, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of cheese.
Fold the broccoli. Pour into well-oiled 9×13 bread. Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Delete it and have fun!
There is no need to use mushroom soup with garlic. Only mushroom soup can be used. You can also use the cream of the chicken soup.
