So there’s no need to stack them on top of each other. This makes it easier and faster!

Ingredient Notes
Lasagna Noodles – Available in uncooked lasagna noodles or “oven-friendly” varieties. If you use the latter, be sure to add some water. I personally prefer the uncooked pasta with Balira. The chicken is made from shredded chicken that has already been cooked. I used rotisserie chicken. Spinach is best, but in a pinch you can use frozen spinach, which has been thawed and drained from excess water. Filled flavour – Onions and garlic give extra energy to lasagna fillings. Mozzarella Cheese – The shredded mozzarella cheese was delicious in these layers. You can use shredded cheese or shred it yourself. Alfredo Sauce – Like a good white sauce, you need a simple seasoning of heavy cream, Parmesan, ricotta, and salt and pepper. I love it’s homemade, but you can also use a jar of store-bought Alfredo sauce.
Add-ins and replacements
Add a little spice – Add red pepper flakes to the sauce to give this lasagna a little heat. Substitute chicken – I use fine rotisserie chicken to make it convenient, but you can also cook and shred your own chicken breast. Or use turkey meat. Switching gluten-free gluten noodles to gluten-free is everything you need to make this dish more allergen-friendly. For lighter versions, use Skim Mozzarella cheese, low-fat ricotta, and whole milk instead of heavy cream.
How to make chicken alfredora sania
Fry the vegetables. Heat a large skillet to medium height and add butter along with garlic and chopped onion. Cook until the onion is translucent. Add spinach. Add the fresh spinach and stir until it has withered. Add the sauce ingredients and chicken. Next, add heavy cream, grated parmesan, ricotta cheese, black pepper, salt and shredded chicken. Once the heavy cream has simmered slightly, remove it from the heat. Start assembly. Add a large amount of chicken alfredo mixture to coat the bottom of the chicken in a 9 x 13 inch deep baking dish and place it on a cooked lasagna sheet. I was able to squeeze about 5 noodles. Layer it over the sauce and cheese. Now add generously a chicken alfredo mixture on a lasagna sheet and sprinkle it over a third of the shredded mozzarella cheese. repeat. Repeat the lazania sheets, chicken alfredo and shredded mozzarella until you assemble all the lazania sheets. bake. Cover the lasagna with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-35 minutes. After that, cover the broil for 2-3 minutes and burn the cheese.
Pro Tip: Be sure to remove the foil for the last few minutes of baking. This will brown for a delicious top layer while keeping the cheese from burning.

Add plenty of pasta water to salt. Make sure that pre-cooked lasagna doesn’t thrust through it. Before layering the lasagna, you can drizzle with olive oil on the pasta to prevent it from boiling and sticking to yourself. Don’t rinse the noodles. Doing this will help rinse from the starch and help the sauce stick to the pasta, and layers say together. Don’t hurry up with garlic and onions. These need time to cook and develop aromatic elements and sweeter flavors, so don’t rush.

Freeze: You can freeze this lasagna, or if it has not been baked. Assemble into a disposable aluminum baking dish, then wrap foil or plastic several times to ensure a fresh taste later. You can keep lasagna in the freezer for up to 3 months.
