How to make a gluten-free blueberry lemon bunt cake
Start by preheating the oven to 350°F (180°C). Gentle butter, prepare a 9-inch or 10-inch (23-25 cm) bunt pan, dust the oat flour to prevent sticking.
Next, prepare the dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oat flour, almond flour, salt and baking powder. Set the mixture aside.
In a separate bowl, cream honey/maple syrup, butter and vegetable oil until smooth and creamy.
