Impossible chili pie recipe made with Bisquick

Why you’ll love this impossible chili pie

If you like easy and hearty dishes, you’ll love this! Very versatile and very well put together. The skin bakes quickly and is loaded with ground beef, beans, and seasonings. You can also serve it with sour cream, salsa, and additional cheese. Add a side salad for an easy and delicious meal.

This impossible pie is versatile

You can also replace ground beef with ground turkey or ground chicken. You can also use black beans if you like. I love mixing in cheese in this recipe, so feel free to use whatever your family likes. If your family doesn’t like onions or peppers, leave them out.

What is Bisquick?

Bisquick is a baking mix typically found in the baking section of grocery stores. It is very versatile and many people make pancakes with it. If you don’t have one, you can also create one yourself. Click here for the recipe!

Can I make it in a pie plate?

Yes, you can also make it in a 10-inch pie plate if you prefer. We’ve made it both ways and it works fine either way.
