Welcome to Allergy-Friendly Weekly Eats!
This series was born out of my own need to be more organized about dinner. As a food blogger, you might think I love to cook, and you’re not wrong, I do! I love creating recipes and cooking up a storm, especially on special occasions. But let’s be real: even I can feel overwhelmed when my job is to make dinner every day at 5 p.m. I created this plan to ease my own mealtime struggles. I hope this helps with your own mealtime struggles as well.
Each week, you can expect a thoughtfully curated meal plan that includes:
1️⃣ A tried-and-true delicious dish perfect for busy weeknights.
2️⃣ All recipes free of eggs, nuts, and peanuts. It comes with simple instructions to accommodate other allergies.
3️⃣ Helpful tips to make meal prep and cooking stress-free.
4️⃣ Family Favorites — These are the dishes I make for my own family, so you know they’re tested, loved, and delicious.
This plan is designed to bring ease and fun to your kitchen and ensure that every bite is safe and satisfying. Let’s cook!

Additional tips for successful meal planning
Plan ahead for a smooth start: Make your grocery list on Saturday and schedule delivery or pickup for Sunday morning. Trust me, this is a game changer!Cut once, use twice: Slice frequently used vegetables like onions, peppers, and carrots all at once. Store it in a container or bag and it’s ready to incorporate into recipes throughout the week without fuss. Double up on staples: When cooking rice, pasta, quinoa, beans, etc., make more. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use throughout the week for a variety of meals, including stir-fries, salads, and quick bowls. Save time by doubling recipes: This is what I call “cook once, eat twice.” Whenever possible, double the batch and freeze one portion for later use. Future – you will be grateful! Dress to Impress (Salad): Prepare a week’s worth of simple, fresh, and delicious homemade salad dressings. I also love stocking up on ranches and tzatziki in the fridge for quick dips or drizzles. Let’s make vegetable dishes using the air fryer! It can be prepared in no time and enjoys a fresh and crispy texture. Honestly, this is my favorite way to make vegetables. It’s quick, easy, and requires no oven.
