Recipe details
I love Starbucks’ caramel frappuccinos so I know I had to make my own copycat recipes! This sweet frozen drink is delicious and perfect when you want to have one dessert and coffee. This is my absolute favorite way to drink coffee on a hot summer day.
Taste: This sweet and rich caramel frappuccino is made with vanilla ice cream and white chocolate powder. It may be a drink, but it tastes like a decadent dessert. Texture: The ice cream in this drink will really make it creamy. Small pieces of ice will keep it cold, but don’t take away the smoothness. Time: This 5-minute drink is worth every second. Easy: Drinking this delicious coffee is ridiculously easy. Brew the espresso and blend the ingredients.
What you need

Ingredient Notes
Vanilla Ice Cream – Use quality ice cream for the best flavor and richness. Crushed (or cubic) ice – this is the foundation of a Frappuccino. The smaller the ice cubes, the faster they will melt into smaller pieces. Coffee – Espresso (or espresso powder if you don’t have an espresso machine). Granulated sugar – Use a little to add sweetness to the Frappuccino. Ghirardelli White Chocolate Powder – This adds a sweet, chocolatey flavor to your vanilla ice cream. Caramel Syrup – I used Torani Caramel Sauce, but the caramel works here. Whipped Cream – Drinking a glass of whipped cream on top is a great way to make this drink special and look the same as what Starbucks has to offer.
Add-ins and replacements
To replace the ice cream and make it lighter, you can use whole milk, heavy cream or 2% milk, or non-dairy milk like soy or coconut instead. But I’ll add more sugar and also add a bit of vanilla extract to keep the flavor consistent. It’s going to be decaffe – Want a caffeine-free version of this coffee drink? Use decaff espresso instead. A replacement for coffee – It’s fine to use coffee with this drink, but to add some liquid, you’ll need to adjust the amount of ice and ice cream to keep the texture rich and creamy. Do you have any whipped cream? Try this – if you don’t want to miss the whipped cream on this gorgeous treat, try my Chantilly Cream recipe. It will definitely do the trick!
How to make a caramel frappuccino
Mix the sugar and white chocolate powder. In a mug, mix granulated sugar and white chocolate powder. Add espresso. Pour double shots (about 2 oz) of espresso onto the sugar in a mug and mix well.

Place the ice cream and ice cream in the blender. Add crushed ice and ice cream to the blender. Add sweetened espresso. Pour the espresso mixture into the blender and place the lid firmly. Here, blend at high speed for 20-30 seconds or until the ice is finely mixed. serve. Drizzle a small caramel sauce over the side of the serving cup, then pour the frappe inside. Next, top it with plenty of whipped cream and extra caramel sauce.
Pro Tip: Use crushed ice for a smooth drink that blends quickly. Cube ice is available, but blending takes time.

Recipe Tips
If you don’t have a machine, make your own espresso. If you don’t have an espresso machine, don’t worry. You can also mix it with 2 teaspoons of espresso powder and 2 ounces. of boiling water for the same effect. Use crushed ice – if possible, the longer the blender runs to break it down, the warmer the mixture will become, so stick the crushed ice onto the cubic piece. Crushed ice is always faster because it is already broken. Don’t skip caramel sauce – To get the Starbucks feeling, take the extra steps and drizzle your meal cup with caramel sauce or something. Plus, your caramel frappuccino will look amazing. For a while, I use fresh ice – ice – that’s been in the freezer and start to cause the smell and flavor of the things around it. Fresh ice gives your drink the best flavor.

Go ahead: Caramel Frappes are fresh, but you can freeze the mixture after blending. Thaw it and blend with more ice before garnishing with caramel sauce and whipped cream.
Storage: Caramel Frappuccino must be created and served immediately. However, if you have any leftovers, you can leave them in the fridge for a few days. It is ready to separate when the ice melts, so you need to mix it before drinking.
Freeze: Place the Frappuccino in an airtight container or ice cube tray in a freezer ice cube tray for up to 1 month. To serve it, thaw in the fridge before mixing again with more crushed ice.
