Instructions

Melt the butter in a pot and add the food oil.

1/4 cup butter, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil

Fry the garlic until light brown and smells.

Add the onion and cook until tender.

Add the mussels and saute for 3 minutes.

1 pound mussels

Pour in the cooked wine and add the Maggie Sabo. Continue cooking until the sauce is half-finished.

2 tablespoons of cooked wine, 2 teaspoons Maggie Sabo (Hot Chili)

Season with ground black pepper.

Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Melt them in the sauce.

1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Transfer to a serving plate.

Note

Use pre-cooked mussels to further reduce cooking time. For extra richness, stir in 1 tablespoon of the all-purpose cream before adding cheese.
