I took inspiration from creamy avocado cilantro dressing, but with this salad dressing recipe, I occasionally mix the herbs and amounts, depending on what you have on hand and what season you need. I once served it on roasted corn for a corn salad. Very good! It’s one of my go-to things and my favorite thing to date.

Plain Greek Yogurt: Brighten the dressing a little and add some great protein. Alternative: Sour cream mayonnaise: Increases creaminess and gives the dressing a little sour taste. Buttermilk: Thinen the dressing while keeping the dressing tangy and fresh. Fresh herbs: Basil, parsley, dill, chives – everything must be fresh and there are no other options here. Worcestershire Sauce: Adds dressing and tasty Umami undertones to the sour taste. Seasonings: Garlic powder, Onion powder, Kosher salt, Black pepper
