Choose the right grain-free flour
When baking in gluten-free flour, there are several options.
Coconut flour
Coconut flour is a solid option, especially if you’re allergic to nuts. However, the dry side of the baked goods feels a little better.
Nut flour
Most commonly, finely ground almond flour is used as an alternative to low-carb or keto-baking flour. Almond flour works well in this recipe.
I chose hazelnut flour. More commonly, this recipe calls the hazelnut diet.
Note: Find hazelnut flour at most abundant grocery stores.

Low carb chocolate chips
I used extra dark chocolate chips containing a little sugar. My favorite brand of baking chocolate is Guitarder.
If you want to avoid sugar completely, Consider using monkfruits like Lacanto or erythritol-based chocolate chips Or Lily.

Keto sweetener
There are many keto sweeteners on the market. For baking, I chose sweet sugar-style sweeteners.
Swerve is a great choice. Lacanto is also something I use frequently.

Preheat oven to 375
Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Shake the wet ingredients together with a mixer or stick blender.
Dry the wet ingredients and beat them with a blender until mixed.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop a bowl of cookie dough (approximately 1x the size) onto a baking sheet with a parchment lined lining. You can press these.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until brown on the edges. Cool before serving.
