Say goodbye to the bland chicken. These grilled chicken breasts are juicy, tender and perfectly seasoned.

Flavor: Seasoned, juicy oven-baked chicken is always easy. This chicken is well surrounded by almost all side dishes. Skill Level: Serves only one seasonal, baked, and washed dishes. Preparation Note: Double the recipe and meal preparation and use it all for a week. Recommended Tool: A cheap meat thermometer is my number one kitchen recommendation for perfect protein, especially chicken.

Tip of ingredients for grilled chicken breast
Chicken: Cook evenly using boneless, skinless chicken breasts of similar sizes. This recipe uses 5-7 ounces of breasts. Oil: Olive oil is a seasoning that sticks to it and helps brown it. Light tasting oil can be used. Seasonings: The following recipes use a simple seasoning mixture. You can use your favorite purchased mixture or blends from a spice cabinet.
Chicken breast seasoning
This chicken is versatile. You can use your favorite seasoning blends, such as Greek seasonings, Cajun seasonings, and simple lemon pepper blends.
Make a meal: Add the whole mushroom, thinly sliced onions, sliced zucchini and colorful pepper strips to the sheet pan and bake instant vegetable side dishes.

Juicy Chicken Tips
Cooking Time: My number one tip is to make sure the chicken is not overcooked as it is very lean. Cook using a meat thermometer To 165°F. Cooking Temperature: I cook at high temperatures and do a nice browning on the outside while keeping the meat tender. Bake chicken breast at 400°F for 21-26 minutes. Break time: Let the meat rest after cooking, recirculate the juice into the meat, keeping it juicy.
