Variations:

This is the perfect recipe to adapt to using ingredients found in the fridge or pantry to suit your family and budget needs!

Protein: Replace ground beef, turkey, or leftover meat such as chicken or pork for ground. Vegetarian: Omit the meat and add another can of beans and vegetables, such as spinach, zucchini, and stir-fried mushrooms, to make it meatless! Beans: Do they not come in beans or do they prefer a different kind? It can be omitted or replaced! Taco Seasoning: My homemade taco seasoning uses simple pantry ingredients and is much better than I bought it in the store!

explanation

Our simple octopus spies are guaranteed victory with loud people and families all over the world. Made with simple ingredients such as ground beef, tomatoes, beans and cheese, this octopus spy will be praised as a winner of dinner for years to come.

Preheat the oven to 425°C and unfold the pie crust.

Gently press into the 8 or 9″ shaved pussy and cut off any excess around the edges.

9 inch pie crust

Poke the bottom of the pie dough with a fork, then place the parchment paper inside the skin and bake for 10-12 minutes after adding the baking beans, or until the crust is lightly golden around the edges.

While the pie crust is roasting, add the onions to a large skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of oil. Cook for about 4 minutes until tender.

1 cup of white onion

Add the ground beef. Cook and crush the ground beef until the ground beef is pink. Drain any excess grease and return it to the pot.

1 pound of ground beef

Next, add the taco seasonings and stir while cooking, until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.

1 Taco seasoning packet, Two cloves garlic

Add half the shredded cheese, 1/4 cup of sour cream and salsa and mix.

3 cups of Colby Jack cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 3/4 cup salsa

Once the pie crust is cooked, add the ground beef mixture to the crust and spread it evenly. Add the remaining shredded cheese to the top and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and foaming around the edges.

Let the pie cool for about 10 minutes before adding any remaining sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes and olives. Slice and serve with lime wedges if necessary.

2 cups of shredded lettuce, Two Roman tomatoes, 1 cup sliced black olives
