Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta to al dente (see the back of the pasta package for exact cooking time) and drain.
16 oz fett chin noodle
While the pasta is cooked, add butter to the pan and heat to medium. Once the butter has melted, whisk the flour and garlic and continue cooking until slightly thickened (about 2-3 minutes).
4 oz of saltless butter, 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon garlic
Slowly whisk the cream and continue whisk until the mixture simmers (do not boil). Remove the pot from the heat.
1½ cup heavy cream
Add ¼ of cheese and whisk constantly until melted. Repeat this step until all the cheese is incorporated.
1½-2 cups of grated Parmesan cheese
Return the pan to heat and continue whisking until the Alfredo sauce is thick enough to coat the back of the spoon. Taste and add salt and pepper.
¼1¼ black pepper, Salt and tastes
Remove from heat and let the sauce sit for 5 minutes to make it thicker.
Toss the cooked pasta and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl. serve.
