This imitation recipe brings the famous Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce to your kitchen, offering the same creamy, cheesy flavour you like with each bite.

This copycat Olive Garden Alfredo recipe takes just 10 minutes to make and starts finishing. You will soon eat creamy fetucin alfredo. Use pasta noodles, ravioli, tortellini, etc. in the sauce.

Serve this simple pasta recipe with Olive Garden bread sticks, Olive Garden Jitty Fritta, Green Salad, or Garlic Bread sides.

Ingredients and alternatives

There are only five simple ingredients needed to make this copycat olive garden alfredo sauce and salt and black pepper. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you stick to high quality ingredients.

Butter: This is an essential item for making this cream mixture. Heavy Cream: Heavy Cream is the basis for its creamy texture and rich homemade Alfredo sauce, so we do not recommend an alternative. Fresh Parmesan Cheese: Use grated Parmesan cheese to taste the smoothest melt and the best flavor. You can convene at Pecorino Romano or Asiago. Flour is necessary to create a quick lo, but cornstarch works just as well. Garlic: The recipe requires fresh garlic, but if fresh garlic is not available, garlic flour can be used as a substitute.

How to make Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce

Melt the butter and cook the garlic.
Cream sauce and black frying pan.
Slowly whisk the cream.
Whisk the cheese.
Slowly whisk the Parmesan cheese.

To make Olive Garden Fettucine Alfredo using this sauce, the only special ingredient needed is the fettchin noodles themselves.

Bring it to a boil, drain, and add to the finished sauce as directed on the package.

Variations

This imitation olive garden alfredo sauce is perfect in its own right, but here are some variations to consider:

Recipe Tips

To add more nutrition, add fresh vegetables such as cooked broccoli and spinach. Save pasta water to thin the sauce if necessary. Warm cream – do not boil. The mixture will break. Slowly add cheese to avoid coagulation. Whisk continuously for a smooth sauce. Enjoy just before the sauce becomes thick.

4 Oz Unsalted butter1½ cup Heavy cream1 TBSP All-purpose flour2 Small spoons Garlic1½-2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese¼ Small spoons Black pepperSalt and tastes16 Oz Fettchin noodles

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta to al dente (see the back of the pasta package for exact cooking time) and drain.

16 oz fett chin noodle

While the pasta is cooked, add butter to the pan and heat to medium. Once the butter has melted, whisk the flour and garlic and continue cooking until slightly thickened (about 2-3 minutes).

4 oz of saltless butter, 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon garlic

Slowly whisk the cream and continue whisk until the mixture simmers (do not boil). Remove the pot from the heat.

1½ cup heavy cream

Add ¼ of cheese and whisk constantly until melted. Repeat this step until all the cheese is incorporated.

1½-2 cups of grated Parmesan cheese

Return the pan to heat and continue whisking until the Alfredo sauce is thick enough to coat the back of the spoon. Taste and add salt and pepper.

¼1¼ black pepper, Salt and tastes

Remove from heat and let the sauce sit for 5 minutes to make it thicker.

Toss the cooked pasta and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl. serve.
