Turkish Tenderloin
1½-2 lb Turkey tenderloin (*Note 3)2 TBSP Butter, cut into 4-6 pads
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Combine all the friction materials into a small bowl. Scrape all sides of the tenderloin to ensure a uniform coating.
Transfer the tenderloin to an oiled baking sheet. Place a butter pad on top of the tenderloin.
Cook for 20-30 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°F. The total time will vary depending on the size of the turkey tenderloin.
Remove from the oven. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before slice and serving.
