How to make cottage cheese pizza
Start by preheating the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line the baking sheet with parchment.
Next, prepare the cottage cheese crust by combining cottage cheese, eggs, garlic flour, oregano and flour in a medium bowl. Stir the mixture until well mixed.
Next, pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a circle using the back of the spoon. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and has a firm turn. Let cool for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
Now, spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over the crust, followed by grated mozzarella cheese to assemble the pizza. Add salami or pepperoni slices on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Then bake for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts and is cheerful.
Finally, remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately. Enjoy homemade cottage cheese crust pizza! If you try it, don’t forget to tag me in your Instagram posts and stories. enjoy!
