We love pumpkin recipes and are always looking for ways to make them even better. This cake is something you have to try. If you like cream cheese and pumpkin, this cake will come in handy. This recipe is made in 9×13. This is perfect for all fall gatherings. This cake will soon be together!

Pumpkin Spice meets the magic of milkshakes

If you’re here for someone who’s cozy, creamy and really tasty, you’ll want to jump on the front porch life where we’re mixing holiday pie. I blended the charm of my favorite pie into a creamy milkshake, as fun as a sip. Think of the rest of the pumpkin pie… but with a straw. It’s just one of the sweet surprises waiting for you on the pouch.

Swap and add

Add a simple powdered sugar aze medicine to this cake. You can also sprinkle just powdered sugar. We love the nuts above, but they are completely optional. If you don’t have all the seasonings, you can use 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spices instead, but you’ll need cinnamon. This recipe uses full fat cream cheese, but I haven’t tried it otherwise.

Tip

There is a cream cheese centre so refrigerate this cake. I think it’s just as tasty and cold!

2 2/3 cup Flour for all purposes2 Small spoons baking soda1/2 Small spoons salt2 Small spoons Ground Cinnamon1 Small spoons Ground Ginger1/2 Small spoons Grinded cloves1/2 Small spoons Ground nutmeg1/2 Small spoons Ground Allspice1 15oz pumpkin puree (we like Libby)3/4 cup Dark or light brown sugar It’s packed1 cup Vegetable oil1/2 cup White granules of sugar4 egg1 Small spoons Vanilla extractnuts option

Cream cheese stuffing

1 egg12 Ounce Cream cheese We use full fat1 Small spoons Vanilla extract1/4 cup White granule sugar

Powdered sugar aze medicine

1 cup Powdered sugar2-3 Small spoons Milk’s

Cream cheese filling instructions:

Combine all the ingredients with a mixer.

Add the cream cheese mixture over the pumpkin mixture. Next, add the remaining pumpkin mixture and gently swirl with a knife. Sprinkle nuts on top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or when the centre test is complete.

Mix the powdered sugar ingredients and add the glaze. enjoy.

I think pumpkin pie spice can be used as a substitute for all spices except cinnamon. Two tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice should work.

Refrigerate this cake.
